A minimum security deposit of GBP 250 is required prior to arrival. This deposit is a pre-authorisation payment and will be returned back to you upon check-out through your bank and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.
The property has a strict no party policy. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.
Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.
Cleaning, linen and towels are offered twice weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.
The property will contact you prior to arrival, with clear check-in instructions. Late check-in between 20:00 - 22:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 30. Late check-in between 22:00 - 00:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 50. If you expect to arrive after 22:00 please contact the property to inform them of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 孫大千說，台北市長選舉是國民黨很重要的一仗，它的關鍵不僅是在輸贏，而是因為這一仗將會全國矚目的焦點。如果國民黨主席吳敦義能夠帶領國民黨在這一仗裡展現黨的改革與改變，才是最符合人民期待的目標。
孫大千表示，只有勝選，沒有改革，對國民黨來說都是失敗的。他擔憂的是這次台北市長的選舉，不要再出現哪個大老支持誰或是主席看好誰的新聞了，也不要去邀請沒有意願參選的人，一再上演著敦請勸進的老戲碼了。因為這幾個橋段只會讓人寒心，為何沒有公開甄選的平台？為何還要強調誰看好誰？
孫大千說，從主席選舉到中央委員選舉，再到地方黨部主委選舉，國民黨已經錯過太多次展現改革決心與態度的機會。沒環保生態旅館有加分，就是減分！公平透明是改革最重要的態度，不然，一切的改革都是空洞的口號。
